The need to perform machining in the field is a necessity for any critical job.  The alternative, taking your field equipment to the machine shop is not feasible, especially in the middle of a critical project.  CARBER® retains a vast inventory of field machining equipment to help your project remain on-time.  Our equipment is strategically placed within our network of service centers to allow for quick mobilization.

CARBER® technicians are cross-trained to provide a variety of other services.  This translates to fewer contractors on-site, which also decreases risk.  The same technicians that are on-site to provide a CARBER® service can also perform your field machining work.

CARBER® provides complimentary job walks, estimates, and pre-project planning.  Additionally, every flange re-facing is accompanied with a CARBER® Isolation to ensure the safety of your personnel and equipment.  The CARBER® Isolation can also be used during the weld build-up phase of a job to ensure safety.

In addition to our traditional field machining services, CARBER® is able to engineer custom solutions for non-routine special projects that may arise.
